What better way to mark Sheffield Week of Play than to announce that tickets for this year’s Sheffield Play Awards are now available!
Play opportunities, whether they be in our communities, schools, wrap around provision, junior youth clubs, HAF provision, faith groups or elsewhere are often fuelled by love, hard work and dedication, and it shows in the quality and care these organisations deliver. We want to take this opportunity to thank all ‘play makers’ whether you’ve completed your Discovering Play Level 1 and you’re starting to see play everywhere you look, or you’ve spent years behind the scenes supporting the conditions that make play possible – we would love to celebrate and recognise the work that you do.

There will be food and refreshments, chance to toast a marshmallow or two over the fire, a room full of wonderful play people and an opportunity to hear about some of the great work going on across the city.
