Wrap Around Development Program!

Don’t miss out! Accessing free training and development opportunities before the funding comes to an end. Funded by Sheffield City Council to support the National Wrap Around Expansion to help us be our best selves. Bringing together expertise from across the sector, bringing you great opportunities

Launching the Out Of School Alliance (OOSA) Quality Works Toolkit

We’re incredibly excited to introduce the OOSA Quality Works Toolkit: a bold, practical and evidence-informed framework designed to help you strengthen, measure and confidently demonstrate quality practice across your setting.

This will become your clear roadmap for improvement, covering 15 key areas of provision,  from safeguarding culture and inclusive practice, to staff retention, playwork, partnerships and sustainability.

Quality Works will not tell you what you’re doing wrong. What it will do is give you a shared language for excellence, allow you to create ownership across your team and celebrate strengths while driving meaningful progress.

It’s structured.
It’s ambitious.
It’s empowering.

Quality Works is built to be used in real life, not filed away. It offers a reflective, discursive and collaborative approach that puts professional judgement at the heart of improvement, positioning YOU as the expert, supported by a framework grounded in research, policy and lived sector experience.

You will get:

Real, measurable improvements in your setting
The ability to clearly demonstrate quality practice to parents, staff, schools, your LA, trustees and Ofsted
 Increased staff engagement and retention
A toolkit that transforms staff meetings, supervision sessions and appraisals into purposeful, motivating
 A step-by-step guide
A score card that gives you areas to focus on.

Quality Works isn’t a tick-box exercise and it shouldn’t be rushed. We firmly believe that meaningful improvement takes time, honest reflection is key, real conversations, and the confidence to look at practice clearly, celebrating strengths while being brave enough to face what needs to shift.

This toolkit is designed to support that process:
reflection first, improvement next and sustainable change over time.
